Horseradish Cream Sauce

Serves:  10 – 12

Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream
2 heaping tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 -3 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, and add more horseradish, lemon, salt and pepper as desired. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy with beef tenderloin, prime rib, or a great steak.

Tony’s Tip:  Prepare at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor. This sauce is a great accompaniment to beef, and can be made several days in advance. Will keep in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

  1. You had a recipe in the Fargo Forum in 2013? for an appetizer; Top Sirloin steak w/ horseradish sauce which I made and was a great hit. Could you share the recipe since I must have misplaced it. It was around Christmastime. Simply delicious! I have 2 top sirloins to use and would like to make today 12/20/14, if I could get that recipe soon. Thanks!
