Oops! Wrong Measurement Published In Banana Bread Recipe

Oooh, we just hate it when this happens! After reviewing the recipe for Sarah’s Banana Bread in the print edition of Wednesday’s Forum newspaper, we realized that the measurement for flour was incorrect (and this was our error, not The Forum’s – double hate that! 🙂 ). The print version calls for 3 cups of flour, but the actual measurement is only 2 cups. That’s a pretty significant correction – yikes.

The recipe here on the blog has always been correct, and the recipe published online at InForum.com has been corrected. We apologize for this error and hope that this correction has reached you in time!

Just made the bread yesterday. Told a friend it had was a pretty thick dough. More bread like but served piping hot and slathered with butter was pretty good

Thank you for sharing, Connie! Did you make it with the correct amount of flour, or did you use the version that was in the paper?
