Easter Brunch Favorite: Easy Fresh Fruit Salad

Who doesn’t love a bowl filled with an assortment of beautiful, fresh fruit? This Easy Fresh Fruit Salad is a special occasion staple for us, and whenever we serve it, our guests always ask for the recipe.

It’s simple: take a variety of fresh fruit, add some freshly chopped mint, squeeze the juice of one large orange over the entire bowl, toss , and serve. What’s not to love about that?

Easy Fresh Fruit Salad

For Easy Fresh Fruit Mimosas, fill a pitcher with orange juice and add 2 to 3 cups of the salad. For best results, refrigerate overnight. Fill a glass halfway with chilled Prosecco and top with the chilled orange juice and marinated fresh fruit.
