Bob and I have an outdoor cook area with flat grill, fridge, and sink with hot water so we do a lot of gathering at our house. The dip recipes I am sending are quick and easy, and are always asked for. Thank you!
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 10 oz. pk. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 10 oz. can Ro-Tel original diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 green pepper, diced
Cut cheese in cubes. Add all ingredients together in a baking dish and cook in a 350′ F oven for 25-30 minutes.
