Judy Fossum was the first person to enter our contest, with her submission for “Pink Shrimp Dip.” We’re featuring Judy’s recipe today, not just because it’s our first recipe entry, but also because it has all the right components for a perfect party dip: It’s easy to make with just a few ingredients, all of which are pantry staples, and we’re guessing that its pink color makes for a pretty presentation, too.
Thanks for sharing your recipe, Judy, and best of luck!

This recipe is from 1970 when we visited relatives in Seattle,Wa. It is still on the original recipe card which has evidence of many finger prints.

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup red chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
